Questions & Answers

Ask a Question
  • How far apart should Blue Rug Juniper be spaced when planting?

24" between plant centers is recommended. This will allow them to fill in relatively quickly while still providing each plant with some room to grow.

  • How many junipers would I need for a 80-11' rectangular area?

I'd recommend planting them 24" apart between plant centers. So for an 880sqft area, you'd need aproximately 220 plants. I used the following plant spacing calculator to come up with that number... http://www.midwestgroundcovers.com/index.cfm
